Allergies:
​
Please state all allergies and intolerances before placing your order. Despite putting all effort into creating allergy friendly products I do not use specialist suppliers, but rather store-bought ingredients and therefore cannot guarantee no cross contamination of those products. The kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each bake and most effort put into creating allergy friendly environment, however I do handle and store a variety of allergen products (e.g. nuts) in my kitchen. Therefore, I reserve the right to not fulfil your order if you have a severe anaphylactic allergy to any of the ingredients I handle in the kitchen.
The customer must state and discuss all allergy requirements upon placing an order.

Although I specialise in VEGAN bakes, I do also cater for customers with various dietary requirements and allergies and therefore Allergens handled in my kitchen DO include;
-nuts
-peanuts
-dairy
-gluten
-egg
-fish
-sesame
and other.

Pricing and Payments:
​
In order to confirm your order a £20 deposit is required. For large orders this will be increased to £50 upon ordering.
The remainder of an agreed price is due minimum 3 days prior to collection/delivery. (For orders below £20 the full amount will need to be paid upon placing the order.) Please use payment links provided to settle your balance.
I currently accept Bank Transfer payments only.
I reserve the right to cancel any order if final payment is not received 3 days before the agreed date.
To secure your order/date you must place the deposit upon booking.
For order tracking purposes and protect both myself and the customer, could all orders be placed via WhatsApp or email . I’m happy to take telephone calls but will need all order details in writing please.

Most of my items are bespoke orders so I reserve the right to price those individually and prices are subject to change at any time, with the exception of already agreed orders secured with a deposit.

Collection/Delivery:

Collection of your order:
Should you wish to collect your order a day prior you must state this upon placing the order. Otherwise orders will be made for the morning of the date you stated. Please remember cakes will need to be refrigerated overnight if collected a day early.
Can all evening collections be made between 6:30 and 8 pm please.
Morning collections will need to be between 9 and 11 am please.
As I have multiple customers collecting collections are preferable. A delivery charge of £8 will be added to your order should you wish to arrange delivery to areas within 10miles of Weston Turville (subject to availability).

Items available for postage will be clearly marked on each post. I cannot take responsibility for damages to items delivered via Royal Mail or other courier.

Damage:
Should damage to your item occur during delivery you will be entitled to a discount/refund. Once the item is out of my hands (eg being collected) it is no longer my responsibility hence I do not take responsibility for damages occurred thereafter. Cakes are structured well according to their destination, so please always state upon ordering whether the cake will be traveling with you and what distance.
Please ALWAYS transport your cakes on a flat surface (eg passenger footwell or boot of your car), turn the car air conditioning to low when you are travelling with your cake. Never pick the box up by it’s sides. Please keep your cakes refridgerated up until a couple of hours before consuming them, especially in the hotter weather.

Cancellations & Returns:
​
Cancellations of orders already secured with a deposit will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit unless made at least a month before the agreed date. Cancellations at less than 3 days before after a full payment has been made will not be entitled to a refund.
I do not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with the product please contact me via WhatsApp or iMessage only.
Refunds will only be made in the unlikely event of the product being visibly damaged or uncooked. As taste is a personal preference I will not refund on this basis. I do not copy other bakers designs so any photos you sent will be for inspiration only.
